If you are returning the product, please take a note that there are some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc. signifies these are handcrafted and machinery products and therefore are truly unique in nature. Therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. In spite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of at most importance to us.

WE DELIVER EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDER WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY OF SERVICE AND PRODUCT. SO, IF ANY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGE IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH FREE OF COST.

Aepearl's returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Aepearl.com for any reason within the specified return/exchange period which is 15 days from delivery. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. This refund may be applicable only after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. We don't have any exchange policy. So we request to get your refund amount for return items and place new order.

HOW YOU CAN RETURN A PRODUCT TO AEPEARL ?

To return back your product to Aepearl , call or WhatsApp us on +91 7041774577. Our team will file a return request for you. Once a return request is filed, a delivery person will collect the product from your doorstep. you have to packed it proper in box and plastic cover and we will share packing slip to you that you have to tapped over box.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND DESPITE THE INSTANT REFUNDS POLICY?

For refunds taken into Bank Account (via IMPS), your refund will reflect in your account within one day once it has been initiated at the doorstep. For refunds to source account (that is Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking), your refund may take 3-4 days to reflect in your account depending upon your bank partner. Wallets refunds also takes 1-2 days.
